Exceptional
Very nice sea view, i was lucky and got a room in the 6th floor. Location is great, directly at the center of Cala Millor and directly at the beach.
the Pool was ok but not that great, better go to the beach :) Compared to Palma it was very quiet in Cala Millor, most Bars close very early

The staff.Maria and Sergio working in the dining rooms were friendly and exceptional in their work. Adrian on reception and all the staff were great. Rooms were very clean. Food was very good.
There wasn't anything I didn't like. One thing which would be the icing on the cake is a kettle in the room

I like the hotel.
Beautiful location, near the beach. I liked the cleaning that was every day, friendly staff.
I didn’t like that the pool was open only until 18:00 and the waitress didn’t know English .

Great holidays
1. The stuff was exceptional (especially during breakfasts and dinners). 2. The hotel was very clean and the variety of food in the main restaurant was great. 3. The beach near the hotel was nice. 4. The facilities were adapted for disabled people.
1. We could not use the gym and the indoor pool because of a very poor ventilation. The sauna and hammam did not work during our stay. 2. The food at the snack bar could be much better (e.g., without so much convenience food). In our view, it was very different from the main restaurant. 3. Also, we noticed that the bed was not very stable.
